About this role

Take ownership of the developed product throughout its lifecycle (from feature conception to maintenance);
Provide and expose services related to the product;
Troubleshoot technical issues (bugs/incidents/analysis);
Follow client-defined policies and processes;
Write unit, functional, and performance tests following team guidelines;
Resolve production issues during incidents that impact customers;
Instrument applications to capture performance data, operational logs, and metrics.
