You will support the BMW Motorrad team in daily tasks across nine markets in Central and Southeastern Europe, including campaign planning and reporting, steering the marketing and sales funnel (especially through preparation of presentations and analytics), digital and offline marketing, customer support reporting, workshop capacity analyses, and dealer communication.
Actively support and participate in marketing activities for product launches and related lifecycle measures covering the full BMW Motorrad marketing mix, as well as customer support topics (trade show organization, training preparation).
Liaise with external partners (creative, media, event, and training agencies) and coordinate with internal counterparts (Sales, Dealer Development, Purchasing, Finance, and others).
Take responsibility for your own BMW Motorrad projects, aligning them with team members and our local offices across the nine markets.
Prepare presentations for the Head of the BMW Motorrad Department and affiliated offices.
Requirements
Studying business or a related field, ideally with a focus on Marketing; near completion or recently graduated.
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Passion for motorcycles, and ideally some prior experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
