About this role
Role Overview
- Customer service;
- Triage incoming tickets via the internal system;
- Route requests to the Personnel/Payroll department (DP);
- Receive, verify and organize documents;
- Request and follow up on outstanding documents with clients;
- Respond to basic labor/employment law questions (according to technical guidelines).
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Personnel/Payroll routines;
- Basic understanding of labor/employment legislation;
- Good written communication;
- Organized and attentive to detail.
