Support the Retail Network Development team with a focus on contract processing and administration
Prepare documents, manage the signature process, and archive dealer contracts
Liaise with colleagues across 12 markets and with external BMW partners
Participate in network projects and simulations for the 12 markets
Act as a point of contact for ad-hoc analyses and assessments (e.g., management reports and tracking, project presentations, etc.)
Support the team in preparing for team meetings and in taking meeting minutes
Requirements
Affinity for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in the BMW Group brands
Matura (secondary school diploma) is required; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Automotive Engineering is an advantage
Enthusiasm for legal, administrative and retail network topics
Proficient with common MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams)
Flexible, well organized, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Excellent written and spoken English and German
