Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate Radiometer product solution
Build in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to qualify customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions
Maintains records and communications with customer base through MS Dynamics CRM tool
Effectively coordinate with outside field sales representatives to assist in driving revenue growth for blood gas, sampler, and IT solutions within assigned region
Execute targeted marketing campaigns to create new business opportunities, grow existing opportunities, and help retain our current customer base
Execute out-bound cold calling initiatives: Conduct targeted outreach to generate demand and drive additional growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required and/or 3+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics, clinical laboratory, and/or life science markets
Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Service etc.
Resides within assigned sales region
20% travel required including tradeshows, customer visits, regional business meetings, and national sales meeting
