Identify and qualify new business opportunities with clients using proactive prospecting strategies and a consultative approach to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients by understanding their demands and proactively proposing solutions to their needs.
Manage the lead journey through to qualification, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team, and qualify leads originating from marketing campaigns and events.
Participate in events and trade shows (in-person and online), focusing on lead generation and expanding the professional network.
Conduct product and service demonstrations and support Business Executives in technical and commercial presentations, contributing to client qualification.
Prepare and issue quotations in accordance with current commercial policy.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations, ensuring prior alignment of client expectations and needs.
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or Health-related fields
Familiarity with sales techniques is desirable
Knowledge of public procurement/bidding processes is desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales strategies is desirable
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business systems (ERP, GRP, etc.) is desirable
Prior knowledge or experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
