Responsible for the strategic, economic, and performance direction of the GB Finance product, ensuring financial sustainability, value creation for the business, and alignment with the needs of the Network;
Act as the owner of the Product's results, driving business decisions, strategic prioritization, and providing insights to the Technology team on the portfolio's evolution.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite;
Financial background;
Experience managing P&L or a business unit;
Experience in digital environments or platforms.
Relevant differentiators:
Experience in fintechs, banks, structured credit, or corporate financial solutions;
Experience with franchises, networks, or distributed ecosystems;
Regulatory knowledge of the financial sector;
Experience in high-growth environments.
