Monitor and provide monthly support in delivering payroll and benefits metrics and presenting them to the immediate manager.
Assist in validating employee and company functional records to ensure they are ready for submission to eSocial. Comply with deadlines for periodic and non-periodic events related to personnel administration management.
Verify hiring/admission documents.
Support electronic timekeeping audits, assist managers with related follow-ups, and prepare reports.
Assist with benefits allocation activities for accounting closing.
Support payroll-related processes.
Register employees for access authorization and badge creation.
Assist in organizing employee documents in the respective network folders.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources Management.
