About this role
Role Overview
Conduct comprehensive research on the payments ecosystem and perform market analysis in the international remittances and payments industry across key regions.
Design and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
Create engaging, customized presentations to communicate Remitee's value proposition to prospective clients.
Support active management of existing client accounts by identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships.
Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
Work closely with Commercial, Ops, Tech, Legal & Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service improvements.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to produce reports, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
Requirements
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within fintech, payments, banking, or digital wallet industries (preferred).
Experience developing commercial partnerships in Central America and/or the U.S. is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
