Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability

6+ years of production-level software engineering experience
Proven experience shipping full-stack applications end-to-end
Strong backend expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, Python (FastAPI or Django), or .NET
Advanced frontend experience with React or similar modern frameworks
Strong experience with Postgres or equivalent relational databases
Demonstrated experience building in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, or legal)
Experience implementing authentication, RBAC, and secure system design
Daily proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
Professional fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
Experience with Azure and Microsoft Graph API
Deep knowledge of OAuth flows, webhooks, and async job processing
Familiarity with SOC2 audit readiness processes
Experience designing user interfaces without dedicated design support
Previous founding or early-stage startup experience
