Identify improvement opportunities in processes, customer journeys and performance;
Develop business cases, financial analyses and feasibility studies;
Define scope, timelines, risks, KPIs and implementation plans;
Design and monitor pilot programs, determining how and when to roll out initiatives at scale using an entrepreneurial approach of trial, error and co-creation with customers and users;
Ensure governance, KPI tracking and executive reporting;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing process changes, interdepartmental ways of working, agenda prioritization and decision-making structures;
Learn from highly qualified leadership through on-the-job training, with significant responsibility and accelerated growth opportunities;
Analyze data to identify key sales indicators;
Study the used-car market and contribute to strategies to boost sales;
Conduct regular follow-ups with direct reports, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed);
Experience managing processes and people;
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience working in highly analytical areas;
Experience with commercial projects and analyses;
Advanced Power BI knowledge is a plus;
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte, MG.
