Support maintenance of salary and job structures, ensuring updates to pay tables, ranges and historical records.
Assist in benefits administration (meal vouchers, food allowance, transportation, health and dental plans, insurance, etc.), supporting enrollments and invoice verification.
Support processing of salary movements (promotions, merit increases, one-off adjustments), ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Assist in preparing simple salary simulations for hires, transfers and reviews.
Help organize information for merit cycles, bonuses, profit-sharing (PLR) and other recognition programs.
Contribute to internal communications on compensation topics (bulletins, FAQs, guidance for managers).
Update spreadsheets and databases related to compensation, job positions, headcount and personnel costs.
Support consolidation of area metrics (payroll, benefits cost, pay-range adherence, etc.).
Participate in internal benchmarking to compare Log-In practices with the market (salary and benefits surveys).
Respond to managers' and business partners' requests with basic information about job positions, levels and pay ranges.
Support internal movement processes (promotions, job reclassification, transfers) from a compensation perspective.
Provide data and information for projects reviewing organization charts, career paths and job design, especially in operational areas (Ports, Shipping, Intermodal, Administrative).
Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Maintain the area's files, records and databases organized, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Accounting or related fields.
