Oversee the financial operations of the organization ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Manage the accounting team and prepare financial statements
Conduct financial analysis and develop accounting policies and procedures
Coordinate audits and tax filings
Collaborate with other departments for financial insights and support decision-making processes
Key role in budgeting and forecasting
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
4-8 years of progressive accounting management experience required
MBA or CPA is strongly preferred
Prior audit experience or experience dealing with external auditors is highly desirable
Ability to manage and motivate a team in an ever-evolving environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with various levels of management and to influence others without formal authority
Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills are essential to success in this position
Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications as well as Aramark financial systems is required.
