Account Manager – Neurovascular

Role Overview

• Acquisition of new customers and support of key accounts
• Strategic responsibility for the territory
• Motivating colleagues to achieve peak performance
• Communicating with hospital physicians on an equal footing
• Revenue responsibility in line with the business plan
• Winning new customers and managing existing key accounts
• Territory analysis and implementation to increase market share
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Building and maintaining customer relationships and conducting training
• Reporting and market data analysis
• Participation in trade fairs and congresses
• Completion of administrative tasks

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, medical technology, business administration (BWL), or a related discipline
• Successfully completed vocational training in a medical setting with operating room (OR) experience
• Initial experience in the healthcare sector, field sales, clinical sales, or related areas
• Previous and demonstrable sales success desirable
• Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do mentality
• Strong team player with a high level of commitment
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel (approx. 80%) across large sales territories
• Valid driving license
