Role Overview
- Provides professional care to patients of all ages within an assigned area
- Manages staff to ensure quality patient care
- Develops and coordinates processes related to patient care
- Organizes daily activities of the department and oversees staff scheduling
- Ensures safety of patients during anesthetic care
Requirements
- CRNA certification
- Management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
