Role Overview
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Net New Sales Representatives
- Drive execution of a partner‑centric go‑to‑market strategy
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and inspection rhythms
- Partner cross‑functionally with Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Operations
- Deliver ongoing coaching on MEDDICC sales methodology
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ years leading a quota‑carrying sales team
- Strong understanding of the Channel, VAR, and distributor ecosystem
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
