Design and implement a robust Master Data Management (MDM) solution for golden record management across trading platforms, ERP systems, and Climate Portal 2.0.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data by validating MDM solutions and establishing governance practices.
Develop a scalable integration architecture that facilitates seamless enterprise-wide data flows and interoperability between systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align MDM initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor MDM performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices to optimize data management processes across the organization.

Strong years of MDM strategy, architecture, and implementation experience

Data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM), Data quality dimensions and measurement, Data security and privacy compliance (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA)
Technical Leadership: Enterprise architecture documentation (ArchiMate, TOGAF), Solution architecture and technical design, Architecture review and validation
Cross-functional stakeholder management
Mentoring and knowledge transfer

Experience in financial services, commodity trading, or climate tech sectors
Knowledge of trading platform architectures (ION, Murex, Calypso, or similar)
Familiarity with ERP system integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, IntelAgree)
Understanding of AI/ML data requirements for model training
Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Data Management certifications
Experience with agile data architecture practices
