Role Overview
- Execution of payroll processing for the assigned area of responsibility
- Ensuring correct payment of wages to employees in accordance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations, as well as proper remittance of taxes and contributions to the authorities
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of German payroll, in particular social security, wage tax, employment and collective bargaining law
- Proven experience performing payroll using Infoniqa One and/or the SAP HCM module
- Strong numerical skills and high IT affinity
- Responsible, independent and deadline-oriented work style; absolute confidentiality
- Quick comprehension, strong interpersonal skills and a confident manner, including in English
