Plan and execute communication actions aligned with BP's institutional priorities;
Ensure correct application of language, tone of voice and institutional positioning in all materials;
Support the development and maintenance of institutional narratives and key messages;
Draft strategic executive content such as posts, institutional articles, speeches, corporate notes and messages;
Prepare executive briefings for speeches, events, forums, interviews and institutional appearances;
Support spokesperson preparation for strategic agendas;
Organize submissions to rankings, events, forums, external agendas, awards and institutional recognitions of interest;
Support relationships with the press office and internal teams, with a practical understanding of working with journalists and media outlets;
Contribute ideas for storylines, institutional content and strategic information;
Review press office materials and coordinate interview requests;
Accompany executives at events, awards, forums and external engagements, ensuring message alignment;
Act as an interface between Corporate Communications and internal areas, organizing requests in a structured and prioritized manner;
Support the consolidation of reports, presentations and executive materials;
Contribute to continuous improvement of the department's processes;
Support the institutional positioning of BP leaders and spokespeople in strategic digital and public environments;
Understand environmental aspects and impacts, as well as legal requirements applicable to their activities, supporting actions to minimize impacts and improve environmental performance while seeking process compliance;
Know and apply environmental operational control procedures relevant to the area, specifically management of liquid effluent waste, atmospheric emissions and natural resources, promoting understanding and adoption of routines across related areas and contributing to the achievement of established environmental objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields (completed);
Desirable knowledge in Corporate Communications, Journalism, Reputation, Institutional Relations or related areas;
Language: Intermediate English preferred;
Experience in Corporate Communications, Press Office, Institutional Communication or related areas.
