Experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team, and looking to take your career to the next level.
Technical expertise with experience working with at least one frontend framework, ideally React, as well as experience working on the backend systems (We use Kotlin and a bit of Ruby).
Experience in modern AI technologies – it is a plus if you have experience with AI technologies, such as integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI SDK), building AI-assisted workflows, or leveraging AI tools to improve product capabilities and engineering efficiency.
