Provide support to HR and business professionals on the execution, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies
Apply knowledge and expertise in compensation best practices to ensure company competitive pay position
Perform complex analytical studies in a variety of compensation areas
Conduct research, evaluation and analyses of internal and external market research
Perform market reviews, pay equity analyses, and studies for external benchmarking
Build various compensation models, prepare written exhibits, summaries and recommendations for market adjustments
Participate in compensation survey benchmarking, input, and reporting
Partner with external survey vendors to ensure requirements and deadlines are met
Support other Total Rewards projects on an as-needed basis

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred
0-3+ years of experience in compensation analysis required
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation software
Knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and presenting findings to stakeholders
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reporting and compliance
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
