About this role
Role Overview
Build, maintain and improve dashboards and management reports (purchasing KPIs, productivity, SLAs, savings, purchase cycle, compliance, spend by category/supplier, etc.).
Perform spend analyses (classification, concentration, trends, opportunities, risks and anomalies).
Cleanse and consolidate datasets (ERP/SAP, procurement portal, spreadsheets, supplier databases), ensuring integrity and traceability.
Support analyses for OPEX and CAPEX predictability (planned vs. actual, trends, variances, projections and assumptions).
Assist coordination in process standardization and documentation (workflows, policies, checklists, SLAs).
Contribute to governance routines for contracting (contracts database, contract expirations, alerts, ongoing requests, consolidation and visibility).
Prepare executive materials for committees and leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or Engineering.
Technical knowledge:
Advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot, pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling).
Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, basic/intermediate DAX).
Basics of process governance (mapping, indicators, SLAs and controls).
Familiarity with transactional data (purchase orders, requisitions, contracts, cost centers, suppliers).
Advantage: basic SQL, Python (for analysis) and applied statistics.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with ERP systems (SAP), especially MM or related modules.
Experience with S2P/e-Procurement platforms.
Technical competencies:
Data analysis and storytelling: transform raw datasets into actionable insights and explain numbers clearly to non-technical audiences.
KPI management: definition, calculation, target-setting, periodicity, source and governance of KPIs.
Process view (end-to-end): understand the purchasing flow and where to measure, control and improve.
Organization and quality: attention to consistency and traceability.
