Capture, process, enrich and prepare data for analyses, reports and dashboards;
Create and maintain Power BI (PBI) dashboards, ensuring quality, consistency and applicability for business users;
Perform exploratory analyses, identifying patterns, risks and opportunities;
Integrate data from Primavera (OPC) and Aconex, ensuring alignment between schedules, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), physical and financial progress and KPIs;
Contribute to the standardization of processes, templates and PMO governance related to program and project management;
Support the structuring and monitoring of planning cycles based on methodologies such as FEL, AWP and Lean Agile;
Support management routines and ceremonies (gates, reports, alignment meetings);
Assist in the application and monitoring of the LPS — Last Planner System methodology, ensuring adherence, reliability and workflow of activities;
Work with managers, engineers, planners and client areas to understand needs and translate requirements into analytical solutions;
Document requirements, business rules and data integrations.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Power BI (PBI) — proficiency in creating, modeling and maintaining dashboards;
Primavera (OPC) — ability to read, interpret and manipulate schedules, WBS, critical path and progress;
Agile Methodologies — knowledge of Lean Agile, Scrum, Kanban and visual management practices;
LPS — Last Planner System — understanding and application in collaborative planning;
Advanced Excel and the ability to handle large volumes of data;
Knowledge of storytelling, data modeling and visualization techniques.
Desirable:
Basic to intermediate SQL;
Previous experience in PMO, planning or engineering;
Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques such as regression, clustering or simulations;
Analytical thinking, logical reasoning and attention to detail. Ability to solve complex coordination issues and plan processes strategically;
Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, as the role requires constant interaction with different areas;
Proactivity, organization and a leadership profile to drive methodology adoption within the company.
