Contract Management Analyst, Mid-level

Role Overview

• Negotiate lease contracts with shopping centers, real estate agencies, investors and owners of commercial properties, buildings, land and technical sites.
• Analyze the contractual chain and define strategy;
• Prospect properties for the installation of new administrative buildings, technical facilities and/or parking lots nationwide;
• Conduct market research to identify the average price per m² in the region;
• Consolidate information and clauses through detailed analysis of contract history and financial flows;
• Prepare calculation memos to ensure amounts paid are aligned with contractual clauses;
• Negotiate termination of renewal actions, term renewals and rent reductions;
• Provide support to internal clients;
• Interact with peer teams and departments;
• Support internal and external audits;
• Handle various requests related to landlords/lessors;
• Liaise with Legal, Compliance and the Payments team.

Requirements

• Knowledge and familiarity with SAP RE.
• Experience in lease contract negotiations;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Property/Real Estate Management;
• Communicative, analytical and commercial profile;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields;
• Intermediate Excel.
