Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government COR and KO; available 24/7
Manage on-site and remote personnel across the 88th RD 19-state Area of Operations
Ensure timely submission of all contract deliverables, reports, and required notifications
Oversee contractor Quality Control Plan and PWS compliance
Submit and maintain updated employee rosters to the COR
Develop and submit annual training plan to COR within 30 calendar days of performance start
Participate in post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of documented experience directing or managing multi-functional Army Reserve organizations OR equivalent private sector IT management experience
Minimum 2 years of documented financial management experience
IT management, contract management, and building systems familiarity
Ability to operate independently and make timely decisions managing a contract and geographically dispersed locations
Ability to analyze organizational/operational problems and develop timely, economical solutions
Highly skilled in verbal and written communications; ability to conduct meetings, execute plans, and write memorandums of instruction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to write memos, use email, develop and use spreadsheets
Required Certifications: DoD Cyber Awareness Training; AT Level I Awareness Training; iWATCH Army Training; ATCTS registration required
