Perform functional analyses, parameterizations, specify improvements, and support testing and user acceptance.
Act as a partner to People teams, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
Work with integrations via CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDoc, file transfers and internal platforms.
Operate within agile squads, delivering continuously with a strong focus on the internal customer.
Configure and evolve modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation and Learning.
Participate in SAP release cycles and translate new features into business value.
Maintain workflows, rules and integrations running with high quality.
Apply analytical thinking and the ability to design robust, scalable solutions.
Experience with integrations and a solid understanding of HR journeys.
Excellent communication, autonomy, collaboration and results orientation.
