Role Overview
- Support and evolve modules such as PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Time Management) and PY (Payroll), ensuring efficiency in HR processes.
- Perform functional analyses, parameterizations, specify improvements, and support testing and user acceptance.
- Act as a partner to People teams, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
- Work with integrations via CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDoc, file transfers and internal platforms.
- Operate within agile squads, delivering continuously with a strong focus on the internal customer.
- Configure and evolve modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation and Learning.
- Participate in SAP release cycles and translate new features into business value.
- Maintain workflows, rules and integrations running with high quality.
- Apply analytical thinking and the ability to design robust, scalable solutions.
- Experience with integrations and a solid understanding of HR journeys.
- Excellent communication, autonomy, collaboration and results orientation.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a constantly evolving environment.
Requirements
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Solid experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Experience in telecom or large-scale projects
- Desirable:
- SAP certifications (SuccessFactors or HCM)
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields
- Previous experience in large enterprises (telecom, services, retail)
- Basic ABAP knowledge for reading code and performing impact analysis
- ABAP
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience with identity and access management tools (GRC/AC, IDM)
