Role Overview
- Structuring and standardization of contract workflows and deliverables
- Management and organization of the pipeline of new contracts
- Support and validation of Project Plans
- Participation in kickoffs ensuring process and commercial alignment
- Document governance and SharePoint organization
- Implementation and management of tools
- Conducting training sessions and communicating new workflows
- Updating and monitoring performance indicators
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
- Strong systems thinking and organizational skills
- Experience in contract management, process management, or PMO functions
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and conduct training
- Structured mindset and governance-focused approach
- Experience in construction companies or in management of works/projects
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or related areas
- Knowledge of NR-9001 certification
