Role Overview
- Structuring and standardization of contract workflows and deliverables
- Management and organization of the pipeline for new contracts
- Support and validation of Project Plans
- Participation in kickoffs ensuring process and commercial alignment
- Document governance and SharePoint organization
- Implementation and management of tools
- Delivering trainings and rolling out new workflows
- Inputting and monitoring KPIs and performance indicators
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture or related fields
- Strong systems thinking and organizational skills
- Experience in contract management, process management or PMO
- Good communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and deliver training
- Structured mindset with a focus on governance
- Plus: Experience in construction companies or in construction/project management
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or related areas
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 certification
