About this role
Role Overview
Execute major outbound cold calls per day using a power dialer to reach decision-makers in the US.
Confidently navigate gatekeepers, deliver value-driven pitches, and handle common rejections using provided scripts and battle cards.
Accurately update and manage lead statuses, call dispositions, and meeting notes directly within Zoho CRM.
Trigger automated follow-up SMS and email sequences for prospects who do not answer or request more information.
Consistently hit daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and qualified booked appointments.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting specifically targeting the US, UK, or Australian markets.
Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, highly understandable accent.
Prior experience using CRMs (Zoho CRM preferred) and VoIP power dialers.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle rejection without losing enthusiasm on the next dial.
Must be willing and able to work strict US business hours.
