Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects to evaluate system architecture, workflow needs, and data integration requirements.
Design and propose optimized solutions for healthcare workflows using Artera’s product suite, addressing inefficiencies and ensuring scalability.
Translate technical concepts into clear and actionable information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Scope Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring feasibility and clarity for successful project implementation.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations and project outcomes.
Create and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to illustrate value to prospective and existing customers.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, leveraging cross-functional input to craft effective responses.
Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights on best practices and workflow optimization.
Contribute to internal enablement by educating sales and customer-facing teams on technical aspects of the product.

4+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or healthcare technology.
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM preferred additional experience in lieu of a degree is also acceptable
Strong technical aptitude, with expertise in healthcare integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and API architecture.
Demonstrated ability to scope technical projects and align customer needs with product capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
Proven problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to tackling complex workflows.
