Technical planning and implementation
Planning, organization and management of national and international multi-sport and multi-venue projects from tendering through to execution
Close coordination with specialist departments and operational planning
Primary point of contact for clients & ensuring budget, timelines and quality
Monitoring project execution, reporting and maintaining structured project documentation
Leading the on-site project team and coordinating external partners
Ensuring smooth operations

Completed industry-specific vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on event management, media production or related fields
Several years of experience as a project manager in the events industry, preferably with international experience and in live productions
Strong technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions in audio, video and network technology
Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility for extended overseas assignments
Assertiveness and natural leadership qualities
Solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Structured, precise working style
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
Experience with Vectorworks, Easyjob or comparable ERP systems (advantageous)
