About this role
Role Overview
Ensure daily HR operations run smoothly between the company and our Support Centers
Build relationships with internal HR Support Centers
Provide language support to Support Centers that do not have French‑speaking staff
Recommend process improvements with our Support Centers
Develop and support an HR strategy with the Canadian leadership team
Conduct succession planning and talent assessment exercises
Oversee the Employee Relations function for associates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
MBA (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
More than 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role; at least 2 years of experience conducting employee relations investigations
Outstanding ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of and experience with HR best practices
Knowledge of national labor laws and regulations
