Establishment of the claims management function and responsibility for cross-functional coordination, particularly with the Quality Management department
Handling incoming and outgoing claims, involving external legal counsel when necessary
Development and standardization of processes and documentation for claims management
Prioritization of risks according to their commercial and legal consequences
Supporting business units with claims management and assisting in the preparation and review of contracts with regard to warranty matters
Central management of warranty handling
Performing analyses and training stakeholders to prevent future follow-up claims
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Law, or an equivalent qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (preferably in energy engineering; alternatively industrial engineering or electrical engineering)
Relevant experience in claims and/or contract management
Several years of experience in construction execution for large-scale projects, ideally in photovoltaics
Assertiveness and a confident demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent team skills, problem-solving ability, and an independent working style
Excellent German language skills are required (at least C2)
Very good English skills, written and spoken, are advantageous (at least C1)
