Qualify incoming “warm” leads and determine their potential value to VCA
Meet with incoming leads on a sales call, via remote meeting platform (Microsoft Teams) and clearly explain our service and process
Move incoming lead from initial interest to next stage in the process
Build and maintain relationships with both potential and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
Participate in VCA's growth by generating new business leads through various channels, such as cold calling and in person networking
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and growth objectives
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions
Travel, on occasion, to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events as needed
Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training, coaching, and self-study.
Requirements
Must have excellent English communication skills
Must have minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota with documented close rates and measurable revenue results
Must be self-driven
Must be tech savvy
Must be willing to do cold calling
Must have strong pipeline management
Must be process and system driven
Must be willing to work in a virtual team environment
Must be able to travel to construction trade shows and networking events
Must be able to grow your own organic pipeline of clients.
