Role Overview
Inbound qualification: Handle new inquiries quickly, in a structured way and with subject-matter expertise
Standard closings: Conduct advisory consultations to actively close standard mandates
Handover of complex leads: Accurately distinguish between standard and complex cases for appropriate escalation
Enterprise appointment scheduling: Book qualified meetings for the Head of Sales / Account Executive
CRM & workflows: Build and maintain highly efficient qualification workflows in HubSpot
Data quality: Accurate documentation of next steps and deal stages, and ongoing CRM maintenance
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in property management
Strong process knowledge in WEG (condominium association management) and rental/property management (MV); commercial property management (GEW) is a plus
Confident user of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
Experienced in digital communication tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom)
