Sales of complex, consultative solutions, products and services in the German healthcare market
Responsible for acquiring new customers and sustainably developing high-value business relationships, as well as for operational business initiation, customer acquisition and order generation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
End-to-end development of sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and with other functional areas
Organizing and supporting trade shows, customer events and sales events
Handling tender screening and preparing proposals for complex solutions
Conducting contract negotiations with sales and project partners and closing-focused negotiations with customers
Requirements
Completed relevant university degree, e.g., political and administrative sciences, economics, engineering, computer science or a comparable field
Relevant experience in selling complex, large-scale solutions, products or services, or in consulting
Cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally including familiarity with healthcare payers
Excellent English skills
Analytical and strategic know-how combined with negotiation skills and a results-oriented working style
Strong communication and moderation skills, a business-minded approach and responsible use of resources
