Support scientific project leaders in ongoing research and industry projects at national and international level — from proposal preparation through budget control and personnel planning to billing
Prepare personnel plans in cooperation with project leaders and manage personnel costs within projects
Continuously analyze and monitor project costs
Ensure compliance with financial frameworks and requirements set by funding agencies
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or economics (Bachelor/FH diploma) or commercial vocational training with substantial professional experience
Strong affinity for project controlling
Experience in cost accounting, accounting, and operational controlling
Knowledge of grant funding regulations (Zuwendungsrecht) desirable
Confident use of standard MS Office applications
Experience with SAP desirable
Friendly, confident demeanor with a strong service orientation
Independent, structured working style and team spirit
Good written and spoken English (B2/C1 level)
