Development of innovative, user-centered concepts for websites, online stores and newsletters
Conceptual design, creation and continuous optimization of digital touchpoints along the customer journey
Preparation of requirement specifications and persuasive presentation of concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
Interdisciplinary collaboration with designers, content managers and development teams (handover, shoring) as well as quality checks up to launch
Planning, conducting and evaluating analyses such as user journeys and usability tests
Use of modern tools and methods (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping, wireframing, User-Centered Design / Design Thinking)
Requirements
Several years of experience in the conception and design of UX concepts and user interfaces for digital channels
Strong sense for digital brand management, design trends and usability
Confident use of prototyping and design tools, especially Figma
Analytical skills to create and evaluate personas, user flows, A/B tests, etc.
Ability to document and present complex requirements in a structured and clear manner
Knowledge of agile project methods (Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
