Plan for, identify and document standards for custom applications user interfaces

Research and document guidance for custom applications in .NET environment
Develop and document processes to ensure ongoing accessibility in applications
Collaborate with IT staff and development teams
Requirements
4+ years of advanced level experience designing web-based application user interfaces that are accessible and mobile friendly, adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA standards
4+ years of advanced level experience with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, modern JavaScript frameworks)
4+ years of advanced level experience identifying, documenting and implementing accessibility, mobile and usability standards
Experience using Accessibility tools (Lighthouse, Axe dev, NVDA, Aria, jaws, ANDI) for compliance
Experience designing user interfaces using Adobe XD, Figma for prototyping and wireframes
Knowledge and experience working in a Microsoft .Net environment
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet project timelines and provide input into task estimates
