Central interface between the CEO/Managing Directors, operations and the business – with a strong focus on efficiency, strategy implementation and operational excellence
Proactive management of calendars, appointments, email inboxes, contacts, business travel and expenses for the Managing Partners
Preparation, revision and visual design of presentations, reports and decision documents
Independent planning, coordination and execution of projects and events at the House of Communication Cologne
Analysis, optimization and further development of internal processes and structures to increase operational efficiency
Support of senior management on strategic issues and in decision-making
Cost monitoring and control, especially for internal chargebacks
Close collaboration with teams and leaders, support in personnel development and people topics, and fostering an open, trust-based corporate culture
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
Extensive professional experience in a comparable position
Very good knowledge of the agency industry and ideally an understanding of how agencies operate and function
Outstanding communication skills as well as independence and a strong service orientation
Careful working style combined with organizational talent
Independent and productive working style and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
Team player, resilient and strong integration skills
Strong organizational skills
Solid MS Office skills
Good written and spoken English
