PhD in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in the field applied to the synthesis of chemical structures.
Proven leadership in building capabilities, shaping pipelines, and managing external partnerships.
Strong cross-functional influence, ideally with experience partnering with chemists on hybrid routes.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel across China and Asia (~20–40%) for partners, sites, and scale-up activities.
