- Ensure the validity, accuracy, and completeness of Accounts Payable Ledger
- Manage invoice verification and compliance
- Handle monthly intercompany reporting and reconciliation
- Safeguard cash by ensuring valid payments to vendors
- Manage daily operations and ensure SLA are met
- Provide timely and accurate accounting information to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in accounts payable processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of financial transactions and accurate booking
- Skills in invoice verification and compliance
- Ability to manage intercompany reporting and reconciliation
- Knowledge of accounting entries related to accounts payable
- Coaching experience for junior process accountants
