Responsible for the operational and strategic implementation of the entire recruiting process in close coordination with the business units
Creating, publishing and maintaining targeted job advertisements across various channels
Conducting candidate pre-screening and managing and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Planning and implementing recruitment marketing measures, including career fair participation and university partnerships
Identifying and approaching candidates via social networks (active sourcing)
Analyzing relevant KPIs and contributing to the development and optimization of internal recruiting processes
Requirements
A completed degree or vocational training with a focus on HR, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in recruiting — ideally with hands-on experience in active sourcing and working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Industry knowledge and experience recruiting skilled trades or operational staff is a plus
Confident user of MS Office and common recruiting tools and platforms
A structured, independent and pragmatic working style combined with strong team orientation
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
