Role Overview
- Advising employees and managers on questions related to continuing education and networking.
- Planning and supporting needs-based, customized training programs for managers and employees across our corporate group.
- Managing the ACADEMY IT tools and supporting their further development.
- Evaluating and communicating statistics.
- Domestic travel (up to 30%).
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Education, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in HR or learning and development.
- Solid knowledge of methodology and didactics for classroom-based and digital learning.
- Strong communication skills as well as an independent and structured working style.
- Team orientation and a service-minded attitude.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills, as well as user-level knowledge of common MS Office programs.
