Role Overview
- Analyze business needs and participate in scoping workshops
- Develop expertise in loyalty programs and CRM solutions
- Draft functional deliverables (specifications, requirements documents, materials)
- Configure, test, and validate loyalty journeys
- Provide user support and track incidents
- Support change management and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with technical and business teams
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1/M2) in Computer Science or a related field
- Technical interest, curiosity, and ease with tools (CRM, digital platforms, etc.)
- Ability to synthesize information and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in English (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of CRM, loyalty programs, or digital channels is a plus
