You conduct user research to identify user needs and derive requirements for new products and features.
You conduct formative and summative usability tests and document them in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC 62366-1, FDA).
You work closely with UX design, industrial design, and development to enable user-centered solutions.
You actively contribute to the further development of methods, processes, and the UX strategy.

A completed degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Human–Computer Interaction, Sociology, or a related field
Solid experience in planning and conducting UX research and usability testing
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and usability standards in the medical device environment
Ideally, knowledge of clinical workflows and user groups in healthcare
Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and a strong quality awareness
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
