Requirements
Language Proficiency: English at a C1 level or higher (most of our research and internal communication happens in English).
Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to question assumptions and identify cause-and-effect relationships.
Information Management: Ability to process, structure, and synthesize large volumes of information.
Empathy & Curiosity: A genuine interest in human behavior, motivations, and decision-making processes.
Agility: Readiness to learn fast, embrace constructive feedback, and adapt to a high-paced environment.
Communication: Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and argue conclusions based on evidence.
Even Better If You: Have experience in any type of research (sociological, psychological, academic, or marketing).
Possess a background in marketing, market research, or research agencies.
Have a degree in Sociology, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
Understand the basic principles of UX, product management, or customer experience.
Are a "switcher" who has proactively mastered the basics of the UX Research profession.
