About this role
Role Overview
Provide excellent support to Lithuanian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to enhance player satisfaction.
Gather feedback from players to improve our gaming services and product offerings.
Document player interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution.
Assist in developing and implementing best practices for player support.
Requirements
Fluency in Lithuanian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
Previous experience in customer support or a gaming-related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving player issues.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
