About this role
Role Overview
Central point of contact for our international eCommerce managers in subsidiaries
Close collaboration with our global subsidiaries and central departments at headquarters
Support in implementing eCommerce projects
Analyze sales and marketing KPIs and derive concrete action plans
Contribute to budget and forecast planning
Prepare presentations and organize international client meetings, including follow-up
Identify new sales channels, technologies, and trends through market analysis and develop strategic measures
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar) or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience and/or further training
Ideally professional experience in online shop management, eCommerce, and online marketing
Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
Business-fluent English; additional language skills are a plus
Analytical mindset and confident use of Excel and reporting tools
Understanding of technical interfaces and process workflows
Enthusiasm for new trends and technologies in eCommerce
Assertiveness, flexibility, resilience, team spirit, and a high degree of self-motivation
Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
