Act as a facilitator for design workshops to conceive solutions or for agile solution development, engaging the technical team when further detail on a module or platform feature is required;
Document and keep up to date the user stories that make up the backlog of the teams you support, ensuring requirement clarity and proper documentation of acceptance criteria and test cases for user validation;
Test solutions implemented by the team, ensuring they fully comply with the specified and approved requirements;
Design automated tests on the platform (unit and regression), ensuring key functionalities are covered;
Participate in all team ceremonies for the teams you support, including effort estimation;
Execute all team tasks that fall under your responsibility;
Timely escalate impediments identified so they can be addressed by the Team Agile Master or the client team overseeing the service;
Work to resolve incidents related to the applications supported by the team within the desired SLA, clarify requirements between requestors and the team, and monitor and update service, communication, and incident management tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or completed postgraduate degree in Technology
Experience as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or a related role, specifically working on the ServiceNow platform
Completion, within the official ServiceNow training track, of the following courses: ServiceNow Fundamentals; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Introduction; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Run Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Create and Schedule Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Additional Tips, Techniques, and Resources.
