About this role
Role Overview
Accountable for managing a strategic portfolio of accounts
Focus on Microsoft 365, security solutions, and Copilot
Drive account growth through strategic business planning, pipeline development, and collaborative co-selling initiatives
Represent and communicate the value proposition of integrating Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security and Copilot with other business systems
Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business
Initiate contact to identify and qualify new revenue opportunities
Manage the sales cycle by leading Microsoft 365 recurring revenue subscription opportunities
Lead negotiations, coordinate the decision-making process, and resolve objections to close sales
Requirements
College Diploma or Degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
Minimum 5-8 years of account management and/or business development experience
Experience selling Microsoft 365 solutions
MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is required for this position
SC-900 certification is an asset
Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
